The Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers track and field team will be at Emory University today and tomorrow to compete in the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open at Emory's WoodPec Soccer Stadium and McDonough Field.

The Lady Panthers, who were off last week, last competed two weeks ago in the Jacksonville State University Gem of the Hills Classic where they earned 17 top ten finishes. In that meet, Among the leading finshes were London Lee, who finished third in the 400-meter dash and Lady Panthers' - Naomi Andrews, Maliyah White, and Quonee' Bercy - swept three of the top four places in the long jump.  Ty'tiana Lockhart was third in the shot put, hammer throw, and discus,and was second in the javelin. 

Field events at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open begin at noon on Friday while track events start at 3 p.m.   Saturday a full day of events begins with field events at 10 a.m. with the women's pole vault and and the track events starting at 10:30 a.m. with the women's 100-meter preliminaries.
