ATLANTA, GA — Clark Atlanta's women's track and field team showcased its sprint dominance over the weekend, earning multiple podium finishes and event victories at the Emory Spring Break Classic.
Leading the way for the Lady Panthers was Aniylah Whiting, who captured the 100-meter dash title with a time of 11.99 seconds, continuing her strong outdoor campaign and establishing herself as one of the meet's top sprinters.
Clark Atlanta also found success in the 400 meters, where Jada Hyman delivered a first-place finish in 56.29 seconds, adding another individual victory to the team's total and reinforcing the Panthers' strength in the sprint events.
In relay competition, the Lady Panthers turned in impressive performances. The 4x200-meter relay team of Jada Hyman, Aniylah Whiting, Anniyah Williams, and Karon Warren secured a first-place finish with a time of 1:39.66, combining speed and clean exchanges to dominate the field.
Clark Atlanta added another podium finish in the 4x400-meter relay, where the team of Morgan Graham, Aniylah Whiting, Anniyah Williams, and Jada Hyman placed third with a time of 47.12, contributing valuable points and rounding out a strong showing in the relays.
The Lady Panthers' success at the meet was fueled by their depth across sprint events and relays, with multiple athletes contributing to top-three finishes.
