Clark Atlanta Cross Country Competes at the Dalton Saturday Night Lights Invitational

DALTON, Ga. – The Clark Atlanta men's and women's cross-country teams competed at the Saturday Night Lights meet Saturday at the Grove Level XC Course.

The Lady Panthers placed eighth in the women's 6-kilometer race with 217 points, recording a total time of 2 hours, 42 minutes, 52 seconds and an average time of 32:34.
Lailah Sellers led Clark Atlanta with a 27th-place finish in 27:50.1. Danielle Thompson followed in 48th place with a time of 33:00.7.

Asia Keys crossed the finish line in 53rd place at 33:47.5, while Brooklyn Henderson placed 56th in 34:00.3. Genesis Washington finished 57th with a time of 34:14.3, and Paris Strange rounded out the Lady Panthers' lineup in 71st place at 39:25.6.

The Clark Atlanta men placed seventh in the 8-kilometer race with 202 points. The Panthers registered a total time of 3:10:13 and an average time of 38:02.

Ethan Dorset paced the Panthers with a 45th-place finish in 35:17.6. Nehemiah Scott crossed immediately behind him in 46th place, posting a time of 35:19.0.

Kamari Rowe placed 51st in 38:05.2, followed by Dillion Stillwell in 53rd place with a time of 40:35.0. Christion Landers finished 54th in 40:57.2, while Kai Revere placed 56th in 42:42.3. Javion Lane completed Clark Atlanta's lineup with a 58th-place finish in 49:27.4.

The Panthers return to action next Friday, September 18, for the University of North Georgia Cross Country Invitational in Dahlonega, Ga.
