ATLANTA, Ga. – After a remarkable season for outfielder
Jazmin Scott, the Atlanta, Georgia native was named 2022-23 NCAA Division II Statistical Champion for Runs Per Game. Scott averaged 1.43 runs per game to lead all Division II players and edge Francis Marion's Makayla Cuthbertson with 1.40 runs per game.
Scott competed in 30 games for the Lady Panthers softball team during the 2023 season. She registered a team-high 43 runs and 38 stolen bases with a season-high four runs to open the season against Wesleyan College. Scott ended the season with a .417 batting average which led the team.
