Track Finishes Morehouse Relays in Fifth Place out of 15 Teams

ATLANTA, Ga. | The Clark Atlanta women's track team finished in fifth place out of a field of teams competing this past weekend in the 2023 Morehouse Relays hosted by Morehouse College.

Karon Warren finished seventh in the 400-meter with a time of 59.67.

Isis Lewis finished the long jump in fourth place with a 5.01-meter leap.

Shynique McGee placed fourth in the triple jump (11.35m).

In the 4x400-meter relay, the team of Anniyah Williams, Karon Warren, Kaylin Strahan, and Jayla Hartley-Scott finished third with a time of 3:55.48.

Maliyah White placed third in the high jump (1.55m).

NEXT UP

The Lady Panthers track team heads to Carrollton, Georgia this Saturday, April 1, for the second annual UWG Legends Invite hosted by the University of West Georgia.
