After a long holiday break, the Clark Atlanta University Panthers are back on the floor today as they head to Fort Valley State to take on the Wildcats at 3Â p.m. today.

The Panthers (4-6) last played on Saturday, Dec. 18 when they defeated Spring Hill College 88-83 in L.S. Epps Gymnasium. In that game,

Jalen Williams is second in scoring with 14 points per game this season.
They take on a Fort Valley State team that is 1-10 overall, 1-3 in conference play. The Wildcats lost their last four games after winning their only game so far this season, a 64-56 victory over Central State in November.Â
K.J. Doucet leads the Wildcats in scoring with 13.5 points per game and is the only FVSU player scoring in double figures this year. He has scored in double digits in every game but one this season.
Today's game will be the first of a series of contests on the road to start January for CAU. After today, CAU travels to Miles, Lemoyne Owen, Edward Waters and Savannah State before returning home for the first time in over a month when they host Albany State on Jan. 22.
