Box Score Atlanta, Ga. --- The Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers fell at home Monday night to fellow Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) member Paine College, 81-68. Siera Bubb led the offensive output for CAU with 19 points, while Janisha Wilkerson led Paine with 22 points.

The Lady Panthers (8-8, 4-5 SIAC) were out-rebounded by the Lady Lions, something that hasn't happened often this season. Paine was able to score 23 second chance points off of 23 offensive rebounds. They held a 58-40 edge in total rebounds for the game.

Clark Atlanta only trailed by three at the break, but a 21-11 PC run over the first nine minutes opened as big of a lead as they would need to secure the game.

Brandie Robertson added five assists and six steals for the Lady Panthers, who fell for only the second time in the last six games.

CAU will return to action on Thursday, January 29th, when they play host to Benedict College at Epps Gymnasium. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 PM. The Panthers will be celebrating "Alumni Night" as they welcome back all of their former students.
