Atlanta, Ga.---In their final conference game of the season, the Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers will host Paine College on CAU Softball Senior Day Saturday, April 6th, in a 1 p.m., match-up at the Lady Panthers Softball Field.

Clark Atlanta (19-16, SIAC 12-12) dropped a 6-5 decision to conference foe Fort Valley State University Wednesday which ended its eight-game winning streak. The Lady Panthers are currently fourth in the SIAC East Division with the conference championships set to begin April 18-20, at the Lovejoy Softball Complex in Morrow, Georgia. Junior Alia Williams leads the Lady Panthers at the plate with a .566 batting average and 63 RBIs followed by fellow junior Amari Foster who has a team-leading 10 homeruns. The pitching duo of senior Nicolette Anderson (6-5) and junior Barbara Goodwin (10-8) have combined for 58 strikeouts in 204 innings pitched.
