Box Score Atlanta, Ga. (Written by: Robert Vogel) – The Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers suffered a 55-52 loss to the Lady Hawks of Shorter University last night in Epps Gymnasium.

Senior center Ericka Sumpter dominated on the court for the Lady Panthers contributing a high 20 points. Followed by Hicks contributing 11 points. Defensively senior forward Jomanda Smalls led the team with 10 rebounds. For the Lady Hawks junior guard Ieshia Alexander contributed to their victory with 15 points and nine boards followed by senior guard Karisma Boykin with 10 points and seven rebounds

Next, the Lady Panthers (6-3) will open their conference opener on the road Saturday, Jan. 4^th at 2:00 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time) against the Lady Dragons of Lane College.
