CAU Panthers Reign Supreme against the Hornets of Southern Polytechnic State University

Box Score Atlanta, Ga. (Written by: Robert Vogel) – The Clark Atlanta University Panthers reign victorious in a match-up against the Hornets of Southern Poly 93-90 last night in Epps Gymnasium.

Coming off the bench the CAU Panthers came to play with sophomore guard James Arnold dominating on the court contributing a high 28 points. Three other Panthers dropped double-digits including Joye with 17, Christian Houston (14), and Kevin James (10). Defensively senior forward Glyndelle Poole led the Panthers with 11 rebounds. Despite the loss for Southern Polytechnic State University sophomore guard Marcus Dortch kept them in the game contributing 24 points. Three other Hornets dropped double-digits including Phillip with 20, Chris key (12) and Jamaal West (16).

Next, the CAU Panthers (4-4) will open its conference opener on the road Saturday, Jan. 4th at 4:00 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time) against the Dragons of Lane College.
