Tyson and Middlebrooks Earn SIAC All-Conference Postseason Honors

Tyson earns all-conference singles and doubles honors

ATLANTA, Ga. — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2026 women's tennis All-Conference selections, with Clark Atlanta freshman Syanne Tyson earning All-Conference singles honors and teaming with Joiya Middlebrooks to garner All-Conference doubles recognition.

Tyson put together a standout freshman campaign, finishing 10-5 overall with a 6-3 mark in conference play. She was undefeated at No. 2 singles (1-0), posted a 5-3 record at No. 3, went 3-2 at No. 4 and added a 1-0 mark at No. 5.

The duo of Middlebrooks and Tyson earned All-Conference doubles honors after compiling an 8-3 overall record, including a 7-2 mark in conference play. The pair went 5-2 at No. 2 doubles and 3-1 at No. 3.
