Panthers Announce 2025 Football Schedule

Clark Atlanta opens 2025 slate against Valdosta State

ATLANTA, Ga. – The Clark Atlanta football team has released its long awaited 2025 schedule with kickoff set for August 30th. The Panthers saw tremendous strides last season as they finished the year 7-3-1 overall and made their first SIAC Championship game appearance in over 30 years.

The 2025 slate opens with a neutral site matchup against Gulf South Conference powerhouse Valdosta State who is coming off an appearance in last year's Division II National Championship. The Panthers and Blazers will face off at the historic Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday, August 30 in game one of the inaugural Week Zero Labor Day Classic.

Week two commences with the Panthers home opener against Florida Memorial in the second edition of the Sunshine Showdown on Saturday, September 6. Last year, the two teams finished in a 28-28 stalemate due to inclement weather in Miami Gardens, Fla. The Panthers will then open conference play in week three as they host the Fort Valley State Wildcats on Saturday, September 13 at Panther Stadium.

As conference play rolls on, Clark Atlanta heads to the Palmetto State to face Allen University on Saturday, September 20 in Columbia, South Carolina. The Panthers will then return home the following week to host Benedict College on September 27th in the friendly confines of Panther Stadium.

Clark Atlanta will hit the road for a pair of powerhouse SIAC opponents as they head to Albany State to face the Golden Rams on Saturday, October 11 followed by a rematch of last year's SIAC Championship game as they Panthers head to Fairfield, Alabama to take on Miles College the following week (Oct.18).

The month of October continues as Clark Atlanta returns home for Homecoming 2025 to face the Edward Waters Tigers for the first time in three years on Saturday, October 25 at Panther Stadium.

November starts with the Panthers final road test of the season as they make the trip to the Bluegrass State to take on Kentucky State on November 1

As the regular season comes to a close, the Panthers play host to cross-campus rival Morehouse College on Saturday, November 8 in the 2025 Battle of the AUC.
