ATLANTA (Sept. 30, 2025) — Clark Atlanta fell in straight sets to Albany State on Tuesday night at Epps Gymnasium, dropping the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match 25-13, 25-12, 25-20.
Jasmine Moore led the Panthers with eight kills, while Christen Maloney added seven and Kennedi Quarles chipped in four. Amirah Alexander finished with 10 assists and Deja Jackson had 11. Moore also paced the defense with eight digs, and Nakayla James added seven.
Clark Atlanta (1-11, 1-4 SIAC) put together its best run in the third set, pulling within a few points late before the Golden Rams closed out the sweep.
Albany State improved to 7-8 overall and remained undefeated in conference play at 6-0.
The Lady Panthers will look to bounce back as they continue conference action on Thursday, October 1st as they play against Fort Valley State University.
