Clark Atlanta Football Falls to 0-4 on the Season

Panthers Drop a Road Contest to Golden Bears

FAIRFIELD, Ala. – The Clark Atlanta University football team fell short to the Miles College Golden Bears on Saturday (Sept. 23) 55-14 inside Sloan-Alumni Stadium. Saturday's loss brings the Panthers to their first 0-4 start since 2019. 

Despite the loss, the Panthers were able to record 337 total yards. Junior running back Daquon Kincey (Abbeville, Ala.) rushed for a season-high 163 yards and one touchdown in his return to his home state.

Heath Williams Jr. (Clarksville, Tenn.) scored his first rushing touchdown of the season on a three-yard scamper in the fourth quarter.

On the defensive end, Camron Ivey (Atlanta, Ga.) and N'Zoyn Poole (Atlanta, Ga.) led the team in total tackles with five apiece. 

UPCOMING SCHEDULE

Clark Atlanta returns home on Saturday, September 30, as they play host to the Lane College Dragons at 2 p.m. inside Panther Stadium.
