ATLANTA, Ga. | On a night where we honored seniors and alumni, the Clark Atlanta women's basketball trounced Benedict 74-60 on the way to their third-straight win in the final game of the regular season. Corianna Evans registered a game-high 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the field while Trinity Jones logged her first double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds on the night.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Evans and Jones started the game with a two-point jumper apiece followed by a three-pointer from Denise Stine to give the Lady Panthers a 7-5 lead at the 7:38 mark in the first quarter. 
• Denise Stine finished the first frame with five points to put CAU in front 17-15 headed into the second quarter.
• Benedict knocked down a pair of free throws to knot the score at 17 apiece to open the second quarter. 
• Clark Atlanta outscored Benedict 12-10 in the second period to head into the locker room with a 29-25 advantage.
• Hannah White drained a pair of triples to push the CAU lead to eight points (35-27).
• Evans added three-straight points to swell the Lady Panthers' advantage to 38-27 with 7:59 left in the third quarter.
• CAU won the points battle in the third frame 27-17 to head into the final quarter with a 56-42 lead. 
• Rose Smith scored five fourth-quarter points to help push Clark Atlanta past Benedict 74-60 in the final game of the regular season.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE 

• Corriana Evans led all scorers with a game-high 21 points on 57.1 percent shooting from the field and 5-of-9 from the foul line. 
• Trinity Jones registered her first double-double of the season as she scored 10 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in the win.
• Janiah Ellis dished out a team-high five assists to go with her seven points and two rebounds.
