Due West, SC- The Clark Atlanta Lady Panthers began its 2022 season by participating in the Erskine Invitational. The Fleet defeated Clark Atlanta University (0-1, 0-0 SIAC) in straight sets, 3-0 (25-15, 25-12, 25-14) on Friday morning.

CAU had a hitting percentage of 0.53 while Erskine had a percentage of .365.

The Lady Panthers notched just 25 total kills. Shynique McGee led CAU with 11 kills. Jalen Dickerson would follow behind with 6 kills. Sanaa Simmions had a total of 19 assists. To lead for Erskine was Meredith Hollinger and Ali Angell who both had 10 kills. Meghan DeWalt would end with 11 assists.

Our Lady Panthers will be back in action Saturday, Aug 27 as they play against Young Harris at 1pm and Shorter University at 5pm.
