Reyana Miller led four Lady Panthers in double-figures Monday, but Clark Atlanta fell to Kentucky State 95-73 in Lexington, Ky. 
 
Clark Atlanta (1-10, 0-4 SIAC) jumped out fast on Kentucky State (7-5, 2-3 SIAC).  Three-pointers by 
Nailah-Mawusi Mitchell, 
Reagan Jackson and 
Jamila Mitchell helped the Lady Panthers get out to a nine-point lead – 13-4 – midway through the first quarter.  KSU then tightened things up by outscoring the Lady Panthers 21-8 the rest of the quarter to take the lead. 
 
KSU got the lead up to double-digits in the second quarter, though Jackson's 3-pointer pulled the Lady Panthers within nine at 33-24 with 6:26 left before halftime.   KSU countered just under two minutes later with a basket by Kiante Butts that gave them an 11-point lead at 35-24.  The Lady Thorobreds then took control of the game the rest of the way. 
 
But it was a big scoring game for the Lady Panthers.  Jackson led the way with 17 points, adding two rebounds, a steal and three assists. 
Jamila Mitchell had 15 points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals; Jackson had 14 points, four rebounds and four assists, and Nailah-Mawusi Mitchel finished with 13 points, eight rebounds and two steals. 
 
Erica Jones led Kentucky State with 29 points and ten rebounds.
 
The Lady Panthers will finish their three-game road trip Wednesday when they visit the University of West Georgia at 6 p.m.  After the Christmas break, the Lady Panthers return home to L.S. Epps Gymnasium where they host Spring Hill College at 1 p.m. on Dec. 31.
