The Clark Atlanta University men and women cross country teams are both in Rock Hill, S.C. this weekend to take part in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country championships today.

The men hit the course at 8 a.m. while the women compete at 9 a.m.

The men are led by Aaron Crawford, a junior who has been CAU's top male finisher all season.

On the women's side, sophomore Dazya Mitchell has led the Lady Panthers.
Women's Head Coach Pamela Page has been excited about the progress the Lady Panthers have made this season and is expecting some big things from her team today.

"I'm pretty confident that the young ladies are going to run up to their potential," Page said.  "We haven't performed as well as we wanted to during the regular season, but they all know they have to stop up their game for this weekend. So we're going into with a positive thought and attitude."
