Box Score ATLANTA, Ga. - Clark Atlanta men's basketball lost the re-match at Morehouse; 86-58. Clark Atlanta has played three times from Forbes Arena having opened the season 1-1 with two games versus the Sunshine State Conference schools. The Panthers are now in a three-game losing streak - the longest of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
First Half | Clark Atlanta fell behind 4-0 before a layup from
Damien Davis on the fast break put CAU on the board,
Tim Sanders picked up the assist on the bucket. Morehouse pulled ahead with a 13-2 run before
Lawrance Triplett knocked down a 3-pointer cutting the deficit to 15-7. The Panthers later used a 5-0 run with a fast break layup for
Tajai Johnson and the ensuing FT along with a pair from the FT line by Davis to trail 23-12. With CAU trailing 29-14, the Panthers scored eight unanswered to cut the led to seven points, 29-22, as Johnson scored four in-a-row and the run ended with a
Derek Harper layup on the break after a pair of FT from Triplett. Triplett later ended the CAU scoring by grabbing the offensive rebound and laying it back in while being fouled, he would make the FT attempt.

Clark Atlanta trailed 41-27 at the intermission after shooting 9-for-35 (25.7 percent) from the floor while going just 1-for-11 from 3-point range.

Second Half | The second half for CAU was a repeat of the first half as the Panther failed to score on back-to-back baskets from floor until late in the game and twice posted 4-0 runs; once as Davis was 2-for-2 from the FT line ahead of a layup from Johnson and the second as Harper was good on a jumper and Davis converted on a layup.
TEAM NUMBERS:
Clark Atlanta shot 17-for-54 (31.5 percent) from the floor and was 13-for-17 (76.5 percent) from the FT line. CAU struggled from behind the arc converting just 2-of-19 from 3-point range.
INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS:
Davis was the lone Panther to score in double digits with 12 points.

Triplett had the game-high 15 rebounds to go with nine points.

Clark Atlanta heads to Paine for the final road game on Feb. 16 and will finish the season with three home games from L.S. Epps Gymnasium.
