ATLANTA, Ga.– In a game full of runs, the Clark Atlanta fell in their second game in a row. The Panthers struggled from the floor as they scored their second lowest season total of the season (53). The early back-and-forth action died down after a couple runs by Georgia College to close out the game.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
First Quarter | After both teams missed opportunities at points on their opening possessions, the Bobcats took the go-ahead layup by Lindsey Reed. After a quick Georgia College foul,
Courtney Hall made both at the line for the first points of the game for Clark Atlanta. The Panthers let up a quick 5-0 run ending the quarter with the Bobcats leading 20-15.
Second Quarter | The Bobcats continued with eight more points to go on a 10-0 run opening the quarter. The Panthers trailed by 13 until
Sydni Davis hit back-to-back jumpers to spark an 8-0 run bringing the Panthers back within five points, 30-25. Reed and LaRice Walker traded buckets to help the Bobcats end the quarter on a 7-0 run.
Third Quarter | Panthers scored quickly with a long
Marissa Mandeldove 2-pointer at the top of the key. Clark Atlanta held tough with the closest scoring margin of any quarter in the game being outscored by just two points, 16-14. A 9-0 run by the Bobcats extended their lead to 51-33.
Fourth Quarter | The offensive struggles continued for Clark Atlanta through the fourth quarter. The Bobcats went on a 10-0 run to extend their lead to 71-45. A tough quarter highlighted a few points from Mandeldove, and a long-range three from
Nicole Graham.
THE NUMBERS:
The Panthers shot 17-56 (30.4 %). Although the panthers struggled on offense, they managed to shoot 7-23 (30.4%) from beyond the ark.
Graham picked up her first start of the season and led the team in scoring by shooting 5-for-14 from the floor, all but one attempt from 3-point range, and scoring 16 points.
Mandeldove scored 13 points to reach double-digits in every game of the season to date. She also corralled a team-high seven rebounds.

Clark Atlanta goes on the road on Dec. 3
rd to play in the Red & White Classic held in Winston-Salem, where they'll play Winston-Salem State University. On Dec. 4
th, the Panthers will play St. Augustine University.
