ATLANTA, Ga. - Clark Atlanta men's basketball shot just 38.9 percent from the floor losing at home to Stillman College. The visiting Tigers connected on 50.7 percent from the floor in a game that featured 32 points scored on fast break opportunities.

HOW IT HAPPENED:Clark Atlanta fell behind early before a 16-9 run tied the game, 18-18, on a Tajai Layup with 9:12 on the clock. Johnson was fouled on the play and made the FT attempt for the first CAU lead of the game.
Devante Harvey was good on a jumper the next time down the court to extend the Panther lead, 24-22, with 7:37 remaining in the opening half.
Harvey retook the lead for Clark Atlanta after Stillman tied the game on a jumper with a
Derrick Herbert assist, 26-24, with 5:01 to play in the first 20 minutes.
Tim Sanders gave Clark Atlanta the final lead of the game, 29-27, with 3:27 left in the first half by completing a three-point play with the layup and made FT attempt.
Stillman ended the first half of play with a 12-3 run to take the halftime lead; 39-32.
The second half deficit stretched to double digits before reaching a game-high of 19 points, 87-68, with 0:40 left in the game.
Damien Enoch ended the game with a tip-in off the Herbert missed jumper.
THE NUMBERS:Clark Atlanta was 28-for-72 from the floor and went 4-for-17 from 3-point range. The Panthers shot just 57.1 percent (12-for-21) from the FT line.
Stillman committed 11 turnovers that Clark Atlanta converted into 12 points.
CAU held advantages in second chance scoring, 12-11, and bench scoring, 28-24. SC benefitted from a 17-12 lead in points off turnovers along with a 50-30 scoring edge on points in the paint and 20-12 edge in fast break scoring.
Three Panthers reached double-digit point totals as
Derek Harper scored a team-high 13.
Lawrance Freeman (10) and
David Basil (10) also reached double-digit points.
Sanders had a team-high five assists while Enoch had 11 rebounds from the bench.
