Clark Atlanta Falls to Paine

Box Score Atlanta, Ga. – The Clark Atlanta University men’s basketball team drops its third consecutive game in a 75-67 conference loss to Paine College at Epps Gymnasium Saturday. 

The Lions pulled away in the second period after a 31-31 tie at the half. Mario Jordan scored 15 of his game-high 22 points in the second half for the Lions while Kedric Talylor finished with 14 points, eight rebounds, four assists and one block.
 
Willis Brownlee led the Panthers in scoring with 17 points followed by Jermille Fluker who added 12 points and two steals. Royce Hamilton and Antonio Burch pulled down a game high 10 rebounds each while Hamilton poured in nine points.

Next, the Panthers will host Benedict College Monday, Jan. 2, at 8 p.m.
