Taylor Fulton joined Clark Atlanta University’s women’s basketball program as the Assistant Coach in September 2022.

Fulton comes to CAU after spending the 2021-2022 season as the Assistant Coach at Middle Georgia State University where she assisted with on court coaching, player development, individual skill instruction, scouting opponents, as well as recruiting. She was also responsible for managing the academic progress and development of the student-athletes within the Women’s Basketball program. Prior to Middle Georgia State University, Coach Fulton served as the Director of Basketball Operations and Assistant Player Development Coach for Three60Basketball. In addition to overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, Fulton assisted the elite NBA/WNBA Player Development Specialist, Steven Horne, with recruitment, overall skill development, strength and conditioning, and the mental fitness of clients.

Prior to Three60Basketball, Fulton was the assistant coach for Lincoln University (PA) women’s basketball program from 2017 to 2019. The team finished in the Final Four of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Conference Tournament two years in a row.

Fulton joined Lincoln University women's basketball program as a full-time assistant women’s basketball coach in July 2017, after serving as an assistant coach at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown during the 2016-17 season. Prior to her arrival at Pitt-Johnstown, Fulton began her coaching career as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Penn State Greater Allegheny in 2014-15. In 2015-16, she took over as Head Coach of the Lady Lions’ program.

As a player, Fulton made her mark in just two seasons at Penn State Greater Allegheny, scoring 1,002 career points, dishing out 446 assists, and recording 250 steals. As a standout guard, Fulton earned Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) Player of the Year honors in 2013 and was a PSUAC First-Team All-Conference in 2013 and 2014. The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) selected her as a First-Team All-American in 2013 and 2014. Fulton was also a six-time PSUAC Player of the Week choice and a three-time USCAA Player of the Week selection. She was recently selected to the 2010-2020 PSUAC Women's Basketball All-Decade Team.

She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in May 2013.
