ATLANTA, Ga. -- Corriana Evans and Faith Bland each logged a double-double on the way to the Lady Panthers' (13-9, 10-7 SIAC) 73-58 victory over the Edward Waters Tigers on Monday evening inside Epps Gymnasium.

Evans finished the game with 19 points and 11 rebounds while Bland logged 15 points and 11 rebounds. Trinity Jones also scored in double figures with 15 points of her own in the win.

The Lady Panthers outscored the Tigers in every quarter to capture the wire-to-wire win.

Evans knocked down a jumper at the end of the first frame to head into the second with a 19-15 advantage. Clark Atlanta shot a game-high 53.8% from the field in the first quarter. Hannah White put in a free throw to mount an 18-point lead for the Lady Panthers with 3:34 left to play until halftime. However, Edward Waters was able to string together an 11-2 run down the stretch and cut the deficit down to eight points (37-29) at the half.

EWU was able to get within three points of the Lady Panthers midway through the third quarter, but Corriana Evans had different plans as she scored five-straight to ignite a 13-3 run and close out the third frame with a 56-43 lead.

The fourth quarter was all CAU once again as they didn't let EWU get within 11 points while they held on to win 73-58 in their final home game.
