The Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers volleyball team is back on the court today after a strong showing in last weekend's SIAC Crossover when they visit Benedict College at 6 p.m.
Tonight's game can be seen live at

The Lady Panthers (5-5, 4-4 SIAC) won four games during the Crossover tournament, including two of their last three matches. The showing put CAU in third place in the SIAC East race, just behind first-place Albany State and second-place Benedict (8-5, 4-3 SIAC). A win tonight would move the Lady Panthers just ahead of Benedict into second place in the East.
While the Lady Panthers come into tonight's game having won two of their last three games, Benedict has lost two of their last three, falling to Edward Waters 3-1 Thursday after defeating Paine 3-0 Wednesday. They fell to Spring Hill – the SIAC West's top team at 10-0 – 3-0 in their final match during the Crossover.
The Lady Panthers continue to be led by senior
Kia Thomas, the SIAC's second-best in kills with 3.70 per set. Thomas also is fourth in hitting percentage.
Kiara Finley is just behind Thomas in kills for
CAU, while
Dumebi Odiong leads the team in blocks and is second in assists, behind team-leader
Amirah Bentley.
TiAna Crider.
Benedict has won the last two matches against CAU, both in 2019. But before then, the Lady Panthers had won eight straight times over the Lady Tigers, dating back to 2015.
After tonight's match, the Lady Panthers return to L.S. Epps Gymnasium when they host Valdosta State at 6 p.m.
