The Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers are on the road tonight in Columbia, S.C., where they will take on Benedict at 6:30 p.m.
The Lady Panthers (4-14, 3-11 SIAC) fell to Benedict (18-10, 9-6 SIAC) 3-1 a week ago at L.S. Epps Gymnasium in a match much closer the final score. Â Clark Atlanta lost two sets 25-22 and won one set 25-20.
Benedict has won seven matches in a row and eight of their last nine.  They have only lost two sets in their last five matches.
Adrionna Washington leads Benedict with 337 kills, putting her third in the SIAC. V'Aira Harris is eighth with 224 so far this season. Â
Clark Atlanta has lost seven in a row, the last victory coming a month ago – Oct. 8 – when they defeated Fort Valley State 3-2 on the road. The Lady Panthers' loss to Benedict last week was the first time since October 2015 that they have lost to the Tigers. They'd won eight straight against Benedict before then.

Taylor Prude has led the Lady Panthers with 30 kills, including ten in their 3-0 loss Tuesday to Fort Valley State. Â Fellow senior
Ashley Elmore is third in the conference in aces with 32, or .45 per set, while junior
Kia Thomas – CAU's leader in kills – is ninth in the conference in aces with 28, or .39 per set.
After tonight's match, the Lady Panthers are quickly back on the court Saturday when they head to Augusta, Ga., to take on Paine at 6:30 p.m. CAU closes the regular season when they visit Savannah State Tuesday at 6 p.m
