The Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers host Savannah State tonight in a key Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference East Division matchup at 7 p.m. in L.S. Epps Gymnasium.

The Lady Panthers (4-9, 3-7 SIAC) are in fourth place in the SIAC East, behind third place Savannah State (6-10, 5-7 SIAC).

The Lady Panthers are coming off a tough, five-set loss to Paine (who sit in second place in the SIAC East race) last Friday night.   Clark Atlanta had won their previous two games.
Savannah State has won two straight games and three of their last four.  SSU defeated Fort
Valley State at home 3-0 this past Friday.

Admission to tonight's game is free.

After tonight, the Lady Panthers hit the road for two games, beginning with an out-of-conference match against Auburn University-Montgomery on Tuesday, Oct. 22.  CAU then heads to Tuskegee on Friday, Oct. 25 before returning to L.S. Epps Gymnasium on Monday, Oct. 28 when they host a big match with SIAC East leader Albany State.
