Tajai Johnson 3-pointer with four seconds left in the game for the 75-73 win versus Miles.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
First Half | Clark Atlanta picked up 3-pointers on the opening two possessions from
Lawrance Triplett and an later 3 from
Tajai Johnson had the Panthers ahead of Miles; 14-9. Another 3-pointer from Triplett gave the Panthers the 19-13 lead shortly after the media timeout. An 8-2 run from Miles had the Golden Bears within one point; 22-21. Triplett halted the run with his fourth triple of the half giving CAU the 25-21 lead with 8:00 to play.
Anthony Williams went 2-for-2 from the FT line to give the Panthers the eight-point advantage; 33-25.        Â
Tim Sanders connected on a 3 from the top of the key to give CAU the 39-31 lead before Miles added a layup at the buzzer with CAU leading at the intermission; 39-33.

Clark Atlanta shot 12-for-37 (32.4 percent) from the floor and 8-of-11 from the FT line. The Panthers were good on 7-of-18 from 3-point range. CAU held the overall plus in rebounds, 24-17, aided by a 11-3 advantage on the offensive glass.
Second Half | Triplett opened the second half scoring with his fifth 3 of the game giving CAU the 42-33 lead. The teams flip-flopped scoring opportunities with the lead hovering around six points until Miles was good on a 3 to half the CAU lead with 10:40 remaining; 53-50. Miles took the lead at the midway point after a 6-0 run; 59-56.
Damien Davis went 2-for-2 from the FT line bring the Panthers within one point before
Derek Harper gave the Panthers the lead by knocking down both FT attempts after a technical foul was assessed against the Miles head coach; 60-59. Sanders completed a traditional three-point play from the FT line as part of a 7-0 Panther run; 63-59. Sanders later scored six-consecutive Panther points moving CAU to the 70-67 lead with 3:02 left in the game. Miles took the late lead with a 4-0 run before Johnson was good on a 3 from the corner with four seconds remaining in the game for the 75-73 victory.
TEAM NUMBERS:
Clark Atlanta shot 23-for-63 (36.5 percent) from the floor and went 20-for-28 from the FT line. CAU was 9-for-30 from 3-point range.
