HOW IT HAPPENED GAME 1:CAU shutout the visitors in the first inning before jumping on the scoreboard first with two in the home half of the inning with
Ashley Nelson and
Jessica Vason scoring unearned runs.

After two runs scored in the top of the second, the Panthers added two more in the second inning.
Sharnitra Woods delivered the two-RBI single to right field to score
Tenicia Winston and Vason.

UWG scores the next seven runs before
Ajada Cofield added a run for the Panthers in the home fourth. CAU scored twice in the home fifth to pull within three runs, 10-7. The Wolves scored 13 times on 11 hits in the sixth inning to claim the victory in game one.

Cofield (4-10) pitched her tenth complete game of the season with 21 hits surrendered leading to 23 runs - 12 earned - with one strikeout.

HOW IT HAPPENED GAME 2:The second game saw UWG score the first 13 runs in the game before Clark Atlanta scored the lone Panther run in the third inning.
Tamera Green singled through the right side of the infield to score Winston from third base.

CAU received a second complete game on the day as
Shalonda Woods (1-4) tossed 5.0 innings allowing 14 hits and 18 runs - 9 earned.

Clark Atlanta fell to 5-16 when committing 2+ errors in a game with five errors in each game. The Panthers struggle when being outhit by the opposition, dropping the record to 1-17.
