AUGUSTA, Ga. - Clark Atlanta baseball continued the season-ending road trip with a pair of losses to Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) ins-state rival Paine; 4-2 and 4-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 1):CAU spotted the home team a 1-0 lead after the first inning before tying the game in the top of the second with
Ryan Betts scoring on a error by the Paine defense.

Clark Atlanta took the 2-1 lead in the fourth inning with
Jason Howell scoring on another error by Paine.

Paine scored three times in the home fifth inning to take the 4-2 lead for the final runs of the game.

Jezreel Moore (0-10) tossed six innings in the complete game - his third of the season - and tallied a season-high nine strikeouts while giving up just seven hits and only one of the four runs scored were earned.

HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 2):Clark Atlanta fell behind 4-0 after three innings but would not surrender another run to Paine.

Jordan Johnson (4-3) started at pitcher and took the loss after throwing three innings and surrendering four runs - three earned - on five hits before giving way to
Nicolas Mitchell in relief. Mitchell tossed three innings with just one hit allowed.
