BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Clark Atlanta placed atop the podium with individual victories by
Kilan Pace (400 Hurdles) and
Shahara Mitchell (Shot Put) from the Birmingham Southern Invitational with the women placing third of 19 and the men placing 13th of 21 teams.
HOW IT HAPPENED (WOMEN'S MEET):Shara Mitchell was the lone event winner for the CAU Women in the Shot Put (42'10.75") and later scored in the javelin with an eighth place effort.

Jazmine Bowser placed in the top-4 spots in all three jumping events.
