How it happened:
In the first half, the Clark Atlanta Panthers took the lead over Carver College immediately.
With 12:33 left in the first half, CAU took their lead into double digits. The double-digit lead was lost, but returned with an astonishing lay up by Derek Harper with 7:42 left in the first half.
The Panthers ended the first half leading 34-20 against Carver College.
The Panthers continued their triumphant lead in the second half. The double-digit lead was solidified by a 3-point shot from Harper bringing Clark Atlanta to 46 against Carver College 30.
Carver College continued to trail against the Panthers, being defeated 81-57.
The Numbers:
Anthony Williams (15) and Damien Davis (18) were high scorers in the game. Tajai Johnson had a team high of 4-4 in FT attempts and Tim Sanders had the team high of four assists.
Davis (18 points, 10 rebounds) posted his second double-double in three games to start the season.
