Atlanta, GA---Two days removed from dominating the conference cross-over tournament, the Clark Atlanta University Lady Panthers volleyball team extended its winning streak to seven with a three set victory (25-18, 25-19 and 25-20) over Brewton Parker College on the road Tuesday.

Freshman Cori Smith led CAU with a game-high nine kills on 27 attempts followed by the senior duo of Danica Lawrence and Ashley Brooks who chipped in six kills each. On the defensive end, Lawrence also added two blocks.

The Lady Panthers (9-7, 1-0) will open SIAC East Divisional play on the road against Claflin University Thursday, before hosting Fort Valley State in a double-header at HOME, Tuesday, Oct. 2nd. All CAU HOME volleyball games are played at Epps Gymnasium and FREE for everyone.
