Atlanta, GA--After finishing 3-0 last week, the Clark Atlanta University women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference battle with Piedmont College, 3-1,  at home Tuesday.

Despite the loss, the Lady Panthers (18-16, SIAC 12-3) smacked down 49 kills led by Senior Ashley Brooks with 11 on 30 attempts and junior Chanel Trice with 10. Danica Lawrence and Keierica Howard also added 17 kills among them. Defensivley, Libero Tynesihah Spears recorded a team-high 18 digs followed by Kailyn Blackmon with 14.

CAU will wrap up its regular season in a HOME match-up, Friday, Nov. 2, against Brewton Parker College at 7 p.m.,
